Services

Proxpat Media provides digital marketing services including SEO, paid advertising, social media, website design and development, and video and ad creative. Scope, deliverables and timelines for any engagement are defined in a separate written service agreement, which takes precedence over this page where the two differ.

What we do not guarantee

We make no guarantee of specific results, rankings, traffic volumes or revenue outcomes. Results depend on market conditions, competition, budget and how quickly you can act on what we find. We commit to delivering the agreed scope to professional standards, and to telling you when something is not working.

Any figure or scenario published on this site is illustrative unless it is a rate. Rates are published exactly, and they are what you pay.

Intellectual property

Content on this website — text, graphics, logos, code — is the property of Proxpat Media and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without written permission. For client work, ownership and usage rights are defined in the individual service agreement, and accounts we set up in your name remain yours.

Your responsibilities

• —Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

Payment

Fees and billing are specified in the individual service agreement. Fees are quoted in the agreed currency and are subject to applicable taxes. Late payment may result in suspension or termination of services. Cancellation and refunds are covered by the refund policy.

Limitation of liability

Proxpat Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the services or this website. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding three months.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with that agreement. We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the relationship. This obligation survives termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Changes

We may modify these terms. Changes take effect when posted to this page.
