SEO in Dubai, starting with what’s broken.
Before we quote anything we audit what you already have — the site, the tracking, the rankings. You keep the audit whether or not you hire us. Everything below is what we look at and what it costs.
The audit comes first, and it costs nothing.
We run the twenty checks below against your site, your tracking, your rankings and your ad account, then walk you through what we found and what it would take to fix. It happens before any proposal, because a proposal written without looking is a guess with a number attached.
You keep the findings either way. If you take them to another agency, or fix them yourself, that is a fine outcome — and if the audit turns up nothing worth paying for, we will tell you that too rather than invent a retainer.
Twenty checks. All of them, in full.
Every agency says it runs an audit. This is ours, complete, in the order we run it. Take it to your current site or your current agency — most of these take minutes and none of them need us. If you run all twenty and find nothing, you do not need us either.
Measurement
- GA4 installed once, not twice, with key events marked as conversions
- Form submissions and calls recorded as events, not thank-you page views
- Google Ads conversions imported and de-duplicated against Analytics
- Consent handling that does not silently discard the data it claims to collect
Technical
- Indexability: robots rules, canonicals, noindex left on by accident
- Sitemap that matches the site, without noindexed or redirecting URLs in it
- Core Web Vitals measured on field data, not a lab score
- Mobile rendering and tap targets on a real handset
Content & search
- Whether each page matches what the search actually wants
- Pages competing with each other for the same term
- Thin or duplicated service and location pages
- Which searches are winnable against who currently ranks
Local
- Google Business Profile completeness, per location
- Name, address and phone consistency across directories
- Review volume, recency and whether anyone replies
- A landing page per location that is not a copy of the last one
Paid
- Search terms report — what you are actually paying for
- Match types and the negative keyword list
- Ad group to landing page relevance
- Budget pacing and where spend is being wasted this month
The same twenty checks are published on the work page, alongside the four scenarios. One list, one wording — if the two ever differ, that one is right.
Three to six months, and we will not pretend otherwise.
That is the honest range before meaningful movement. Google has to recrawl the work, reassess the pages against competitors who are also working, and settle. None of that is a process a budget accelerates — spending more buys more work done sooner, not a faster reassessment.
It is also why SEO here carries an initial three-month commitment when everything else is month-to-month from the start. A one-month SEO contract would be selling you a period too short to judge the work by, which is a way of being paid before the question can be asked.
Things do move faster occasionally, and it is worth knowing why: when a technical fix releases rankings a site had already earned and was suppressing. That is a foundation problem being corrected, not a strategy working, and it is the first thing the audit checks.
Foundation before traffic.
- Tracking, before anything elseIf the measurement is wrong then every decision after it is wrong in the same direction, and you will not know which. It is first because everything else is judged by it.
- Indexability and the technical floorA page Google cannot reach cannot rank however well it is written. This is usually the least interesting work on the list and the reason the interesting work performs.
- Pages that do not convertTraffic arriving at a page that does not ask for anything is a cost, not a result. Fixing the page is cheaper than buying more people to send to it.
Sites we rebuild rather than repair go through the web design and development process, where tracking is configured before launch rather than afterwards.
Local search is won in the profile, not the page.
For a business with a physical location, the map result is usually worth more than the blue links above it, and it is decided by different things. That is why local SEO in Dubai is its own piece of work rather than a by-product of ranking the website: the profile, the categories, the hours and the consistency of your details across every place they appear.
Checks 13 to 16 above are the whole of it, and the reason they sit in the same list as everything else is that they fail the same way — quietly, and for years, while the business assumes it is being outspent rather than out-configured.
From AED 1,000 a month.
Three-month initial commitment, then month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. The audit that sets the number is free, and you get a fixed monthly figure before anything starts rather than a range that resolves upward later.
You own every account: Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager. Nothing sits behind our login and nothing is held hostage if you leave.
As far as we can find, no agency ranking for this term publishes a rate at all. That is checkable — open the first page of results and look for a number.
What we turn down.
- No guaranteed rankingsPosition is decided by Google against competitors who are also working. Anyone guaranteeing it is either guessing or choosing terms with no search behind them.
- No link schemesNo purchased links, no private networks, no directory blasts. They work until they are detected, and the recovery costs more than the ranking was worth.
- No reporting on vanity metricsImpressions and traffic are inputs, not outcomes. Reporting is against enquiries, and where a number went the wrong way we say so before you ask.
Questions, answered with numbers.
How much does SEO cost in Dubai?
Ours starts at AED 1,000 per month. What moves it is how much work the site needs before content matters — a site with broken tracking and indexing problems takes more foundation work than one that is simply under-served. We give a fixed monthly figure before starting, and the audit that produces it is free.
How long before I see results?
Three to six months before meaningful movement, and we would rather say that than imply weeks. Rankings move on Google’s recrawl and reassessment cycle, which is not something a budget accelerates. Anything that moves in days is either paid traffic or a technical fix releasing rankings you had already earned.
Do you guarantee first page rankings?
No, and anybody who does is either guessing or picking terms nobody searches. Ranking is decided by Google against competitors who are also working. We will tell you which terms are realistic and which are not, before you pay for either.
What’s included in the free audit?
The twenty checks published on this page, run against your site, tracking, rankings and ad account, then a walk-through of what we found. You keep the findings whether or not you hire us. If the audit turns up nothing worth fixing, we will say so — that is a real outcome and it has happened.
Do I own my accounts?
Yes. Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console and Tag Manager are all in your name. Nothing sits behind our login, and if you leave, nothing has to be rebuilt or handed over — it was already yours.
Is there a contract?
SEO carries an initial three-month commitment, then month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. The three months exist because organic ranking cannot move faster than that, so a shorter term would only be selling you a period too short to judge. Everything else we do is month-to-month from the start.
Do you work in my industry?
We work most often with real estate and clinics in the UAE. If we have not worked in your sector we will say so on the first call rather than claim otherwise — the audit does not require industry experience, and the strategy that follows is where it would matter.
What’s the difference between SEO and Google Ads?
Ads buy position immediately and stop the moment you stop paying. SEO earns position slowly and keeps it while the work holds. If you need enquiries this month, start with Ads; if you want the cost per enquiry to fall over a year, start with SEO. Most businesses need both, in that order.
